About Blue Collar Scholar

Practical education for people exploring skilled-trades careers.

Blue Collar Scholar is focused on clear, career-oriented training that helps learners understand the skills, safety standards, workplace expectations, and pathways that shape construction and skilled-trades work.

Practical

Teach what matters on the jobsite.

The first program emphasizes construction safety, measurement, tools, rigging, lifting awareness, fall protection, professional conduct, and jobsite readiness.

Professional

Set clear expectations early.

Students are introduced to fit-for-duty expectations, workplace policy, chain of command, punctuality, professional behavior, and the structure of construction employment.

Career-focused

Help learners understand the field.

The curriculum introduces multiple trade options and compares union and non-union employment structures so students can make more informed career decisions.
